My Journey in Art
For over four decades, Pravin Pradhan has worked at the intersection of art, design, and imagination—shaping spaces and objects that spark wonder and leave a lasting emotional impression. A graduate of the prestigious Sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai, he earned First Class First in Interior Design and also holds a Diploma in Advertising, a rare blend that helped him bring both artistic sensitivity and technical excellence into every creation.
His work gained international recognition when he won the Golden Pen Trophy in Toronto for a scrapbook design for the Lions Club of India. Soon after, he was invited to Bahrain, where he led the design of the Official Tourist Guide of Bahrain, endorsed by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Bahrain, and worked on creative projects for Gulf Air, Gulf Hotel, and the Government of Bahrain. Back in India, Pravin and his wife—his artistic partner Mrs. Prajata Pradhan—introduced innovative Cold Ceramic Art on Smoked Mirror, earning recognition from the Government of Maharashtra for originality and craftsmanship. Over the years, his creative vision has expanded across corporate branding, hospitality design, public installations, and luxury interiors for clients including Mukand Iron & Steel, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Bajaj Electricals, Thomas Cook, Bombay Municipal Corporation, and more.
Among his most celebrated creations is the legendary “Go Bananas” Discotheque—a groundbreaking themed space with jungle-inspired interiors, handcrafted furniture, and India’s first immersive Rain Dance concept. His spiritual Ganpati paintings—now numbering over 5,000—continue to live in hotels and homes across the country. Today, he continues to build concept-driven environments, murals, resorts, and recreational spaces—guided by a simple truth: Art is not decoration. It is an experience.
Artistic Philosophy
“Art is not decoration—it is an experience. My aim is to create work that carries a story and a soul, where every color choice is deliberate, every texture adds meaning, and every form invites emotion. Whether on a canvas or in a space you walk through, I want the viewer to feel wonder, connection, and a quiet sense of timelessness.”
